Last weekend, I went for a run at a riverside park. It's been a while, so I was completely out of breath.

I only ran about 4 kilometers. I had to walk and run. It took me about 40 minutes. But, it felt really good.

In the past, I used to run 10K and half-marathons. However, I gained some weight. I sit at my desk all day for work. Also, I often work overtime. I can't do that anymore.

Still, it brought back good memories. Therefore, I decided to run regularly for my health. My goal is to run twice a week from now on.
